Opening dates and times vary depending on the time of year with tours usually starting every 15 minutes from 9am, subject to demand. Please check our online booking system for the latest availability or email info@rlb360.com with any queries.

Our reception and visitor centre are free to enter and open 30 minutes prior to the first tour of the day to give customers time to collect pre-booked tour tickets and to enjoy the historic displays and archive gallery. The total time to allow for the tour is 70 minutes with an additional 30 minutes to explore the visitor centre.

Please note that online can be made for up to 1 hour before the allotted tour start time. Tickets can also be purchased on the day of your visit from reception, however, during peak times all tours may be sold out well in advance so we would recommend pre-booking your tickets to avoid disappointment.

All advance bookings (online or telephone) are subject to a £1.75 administration charge (note: the £1.75 charge is per booking and not per ticket).

Before booking tickets, please ensure that you read our full accessibility statement as the tour involves climbing 124 stairs above the 10th floor. The tour is also not open to children under five years old.

Due to the nature of the tower only handbags or small rucksacks will be permitted on the tour, locker facilities are provided to store any other bags.
