Times & prices
Our opening dates and times vary depending on the time of year with tours usually starting every 15 minutes from 9am, subject to demand. Please check our online booking system for the latest availability or email firstname.lastname@example.org with any queries. At the moment advance booking is only available from May onwards with tickets for earlier in the year being released once we have a confirmed opening date.
Our reception and visitor centre are free to enter and open 30 minutes prior to the first tour of the day to give customers time to collect pre-booked tour tickets and to enjoy the historic displays and archive gallery. The total time to allow for the tour is 70 minutes with an additional 30 minutes to explore the visitor centre.
Please note that online and telephone ticket purchases cannot be made on the day of your visit as bookings close at midnight for the following day. Tickets can be purchased on the day of your visit from reception, however, during peak times all tours may be sold out well in advance so we would recommend pre-booking your tickets to avoid disappointment.
All advance bookings (online or telephone) are subject to a £1.50 administration charge (note: the £1.50 charge is per booking and not per ticket).
Before booking tickets, please ensure that you read our full accessibility statement as the tour is physically demanding and requires the negotiation of 124 steps, 71 of which are a narrow spiral stone staircase. The tour is also not open to children under seven years old.
Wheeled bags, and bags larger than hand luggage are not permitted in RLB360. Due to the nature of the tower only handbags will be permitted on the tour, locker facilities are provided to store any other bags. Please note that due to increased national security levels, random bag searches may be carried out when you enter the building.
