Do I need to pre-book my tickets?

We look forward to welcoming any groups wishing to enjoy the experience and learn about the history of this fantastic building and city. For any groups wishing to book email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I book a ticket on the day?
Tickets can be purchased on the day of your visit from reception based on availability. Online and telephone bookings are not available on the day of your visit.

Our reception and visitor centre open 30 minutes prior to the first tour of the day in order for guests to collect pre-booked tickets.
How long is the experience?
